Versed in utilising company resources to develop and implement strategic solutions aimed at the attainment of customer and client long-term goals. Highly competent in managing the entire client relationship management function to identify their ever-changing needs in a multicultural environment and ensure that the organisation’s service offering meets and exceeds their requirements while effectively communicating and collaborating with cross-functional departments.
