As a Support Services Associate, I provide technical assistance to the insurance sector, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and accuracy. I enjoy working with a diverse team, leveraging my analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills to solve problems and deliver quality service. My passion for helping others led me to pursue a Veterinary Assistant degree, where I gained comprehensive knowledge in veterinary medicine, animal welfare, and emergency protocols. I also gained valuable experience in customer relations, financial sales tactics, banking rules and regulations, and legal protocols as a Bank Teller. My greatest strength: I encourage and reward every opportunity to think critically with creative freedom. I have a habit of dissecting each and every task to every minor detail, and completing such tasks with great pride and transparency. My biggest weakness: Overachievement; meaning, if I am given a clear-cut directive to follow,(outside legality), I find following these explicit instructions challenging. I tend to approach tasks with a critical thinking mindset and a motivational drive. I am always seeking avenues for enhancement while believing in continuous improvement. It is important to consciously recognize that there are opportunities for enhancing the performance of any role, including my own.
