My background is in digital marketing (including a solid foundation of social media and PPC). Over the years, I’ve learned that the best-performing content isn’t the loudest or the most keyword-crammed, and it's certainly not the most trendy or memeable (looking directly at you, Wendy's). It’s the stuff that actually makes people feel seen and understood.(Plus, a list of keywords at the bottom of your website in white font is so 2003. Not the retro vibe we're going for.) So I write with people in mind first, always, because readers can smell BS from a mile away. And let's be real, so can I. I specialize in helping brands show up with personality and value, especially through empathy-driven content that’s built to serve humans, not just to "get more leads" or "increase conversions" or whatever corporate jargon we're flinging around this week. From blog posts to service pages, I love experimenting with what makes writing work and learning how to best serve the readers who will find that writing. Because marketing doesn't have to be gross.
