I combine over two decades’ experience providing UX design leadership, guidance, and direction for multiple high-profile organizations; spearheading product and learning lifecycle management efforts to design value-added training solutions that elevate employee performance; developing wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces that optimize the end-user experience; and carefully shaping the processes and policies that sustain an efficient, productive, and highly competitive organization.
