About Stephanie Zaide

Not your typical tax pro—because small business isn’t just business, it’s personal. I help small business owners find clarity, confidence, and strategy in their numbers, whether that’s through tax prep, planning sessions, or just good conversation. Numbers tell a story, and I love helping clients read (and rewrite) theirs with purpose. Accounting wasn’t always the plan, but when my father-in-law introduced me to his tax and real estate business back in 2005, something clicked. I’ve always been business-minded, people-focused, and naturally curious. What started as lending a hand turned into a calling. When my husband pivoted out of the family business, I stepped up and never looked back. These days, I run Bloom Small Business Services, Co, supporting everyone from brand-new solopreneurs to growing small teams, Chicago-based creatives to expats living halfway around the world. I specialize in working with women-owned businesses who are reclaiming their time, building meaningful lives, and doing business on their terms. Whether it’s cleaning up messy books, mapping out tax strategies, or cheering you on as you take the leap into entrepreneurship, I’m here to help you thrive. When your numbers make sense, everything feels a little lighter.
