About Stephano Rivera

Currently a first-generation engineering student studying at Rutgers University-New Brunswick with the goal of becoming a Design Engineer in the Aerospace/Automotive Industry. Currently looking for new opportunities in growing and improving my skills under great leadership. As a first-generation college student, I am eager to learn and produce results by setting examples for future students. Throughout my academic career I have found my passion and used my experiences to set my goal for the future. Having experience with multiple projects dealing with Ansys and Solidworks, I am looking to use these experiences in large scale projects. Beyond academics, I find ways to engage with my community whether it's through service or leadership. Serving as Chapter President for Lambda Theta Phi Latin Fraternity, Inc-BETA Chapter, I've learned the up's and down's of being a leader of noble like minded men. Setting goals such as improving our Chapter Rating score, maintaining high standards of learning, and providing service in our community. Proud to share my parent's culture and embracing it, I also dedicate part of my time being the Outreach Chair for the Peruvian American Student Association here on campus.
