Background

About Stephany Barrera

I’m a detail-oriented Production Coordinator and Executive Assistant with experience managing high-stakes projects in video game development, film, and the performing arts. I specialize in coordinating fast-moving pipelines, supporting senior leadership, and maintaining clarity across complex teams and creative ecosystems. As a Production Coordinator in interactive media, I manage the tracking of approved assets across multiple production systems, generate and assign tasks to cross-functional teams, and maintain clear documentation of process workflows for internal reference. I regularly update builds and collaborate with design, animation, and character art teams to ensure quality, timing, and task accuracy stay on target. I bring clarity and momentum to every step of the pipeline. Previously, I’ve served as a top-level Executive Assistant supporting creative and institutional leaders. I’ve managed national travel, maintained detailed calendars, built itineraries, tracked budgets, and composed daily briefings and reports. With discretion, poise, and efficiency, I’ve helped manage the operations behind major artistic and academic initiatives while fostering trust and structure in dynamic, high-profile settings.
