About Stephany Serrano

I am deeply passionate about music and I have 13 years of experience in the industry as a professional singer; including recording/performing/working with: Laufey, Dr Dre, Snoop Dogg, Kate Hudson, Demi Lovato, Ozzy Osbourne, Jennifer Hudson, Camila Cabello, Ty Dolla $ign, Ella Mai, Zedd, DJ Mustard, Teddy Walton, Good Charlotte, Portugal. The Man, Dave Koz, Mato Wayuhi, and more! I have experience with social media marketing, concert photography/videography, fan engagement, and music marketing; I assist two artists and their management teams, Blondshell (signed to Partisan Records) and The Army, The Navy (signed to New Gold Medal Records), with fan engagement and photography/videography. My goal is to continue to work in the music industry to strengthen my skills in these areas! My work with Blondshell consists of collaborating with her team at Partisan Records and Another Management Company to schedule/host live Q&A’s and create/pitch new ideas for fan engagement, since October of 2023. I organize fan community events and various fan engagement activities, provide community support and lead administrative support for the official artist-owned Discord server, along with photography/videography at live shows; my content has been used for Blondshell's social media accounts on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Youtube Shorts. My work with The Army, The Navy as Fan Coordinator consists of closely collaborating with the band and their team at Mothers Know Best Management to schedule/host live Q&A’s/events, and brainstorming ideas for social media campaigns for new releases and promo. I create, pitch, and organize fan community events and various fan engagement activities, provide community support and lead administrative support for the official artist-owned Discord server, along with assisting at in-person events, and photography/videography at live shows. I have held this position since October of 2024. I am currently majoring in Business Law and minoring in Marketing at CSUN, while I work as an Administrative Assistant at Cartoni USA. I am a skilled communicator, bilingual in both English and Spanish, a fast learner, a creative problem solver, and a reliable team member.
