Stephen Addo’s passion of a world where all people especially children and youth live in loving and caring families and have access to school leads him to attend national and international conference and forum to share experiences and innovative ideas. Every year, in his role as the Rescue and Community Engagement Manager at Challenging Heights, Stephen leads rescue missions which resulted in rescue of an average of over 1250 trafficked, and enslaved children give them access to education, formed and trained 25 community child protection committees youth groups and as well as linking over 200 families to microloans to support their micro – business hence reducing family poverty, organize not less than 15 community outreach and sensitization programs every year.
