Engineering Professional with over 17 years’ experience in a variety of Management roles from the Manufacturing & Service Industries. This has given me the opportunity to work in many aspects of Business - Customer Service, Purchasing, Technical Engineering, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Data Analysis to name but a few, thus increasing my knowledge and experience and providing me with the ability to develop and Improve Business processes to not only achieve Business Targets but also exceed. I lead by example with a high work ethic and the desire to improve any business that I am directly involved with. In the last 2 years my current business has achieved double digit growth in each year. This has been achieved by developing tools to improve processes and implementing new systems to increase productivity, including training and motivating the teams to ensure that these are seamlessly applied.
