I’m a biologist, an author and an artist. I worked for many years on the editorial side of publishing. In addition to being a co-founder of the Canadian charity Biodiversity Conservancy international and Editorial Director of the Biodiversity Journal about 15 years ago I started writing and illustrating my own children’s books. I am passionate about keeping our planet habitable particularly removing our dependence on fossil fuels, conserving habitats, ecosystem services and biodiversity on Earth.
