About Stephen Alan Gore

Character cannot be developed in ease and quiet. Only through experience of trial and suffering can the soul be strengthened, ambition inspired, and success achieved." — Helen Keller ENCOURAGEMENT Throughout my adolescence, I would often help out my father by doing remodeling and repair work for people around our small community. It was great to expand my knowledge about construction means and methods under his mentorship while helping others in need.I believe that the greatest challenges and achievements come through diligence and innovation. I’ve always had a knack for math and sciences, and a need to know how things work the way they do. Applying these traits to construction and engineering has always worked well for me.I love having my engineering license and background to help solve technical issues while also possessing field experiences to make sure that practicality meets the design requirements for best efficiencies. I have managed to keep the budgets within reason for the clients that they have come back for more work with me and my teams. I push to improve construction processes until they’re the most efficient possible for clients. I design around requirements and collaborate with highly intelligent teams to better my experiences and expertise. We swap our knowledge and talent base for the most effective processes for all of those involved. My ultimate goal is to get to the finish line as a team while all being successful parties. alangoer1921@gmail.com 913.484.2698 Project Executive | Senior Project Manager | Structural Engineering | General Contractor | Special Inspections | Construction Manager | Construction Scheduler | Professional Structural Engineer | Consultant | Project Estimation | Value Engineering | Construction Management |Construction | Change Orders | Project Planning | Subcontracting | Contract Management | LEED | Project Management
