I have spent a great amount of my life working with realtors especially when I lived in the Phoenix area. One thing that my realtor buddies taught me is that flooring is frequently an issue when it comes to actually moving the home. I have learned that really it falls into two categories: 1. Bang for the Buck – this is when an upgrade is needed, but cost is crucial. The client really doesn’t want to create his dream floor, he/she really just want to create an atmosphere that is presentable as again cost is crucial. Here at BEC Flooring, we understand, and we work to do exactly what is needed. Make the floor presentable and keep the cost as low as possible. Investment into the Future – this is when not only is an upgrade needed, after your evaluation (being the Realtor), you and the client have decided that upgrading the floor could really add to the value of the property and to the sale. Now we give additional time and thought in selecting the new flooring materials. Now we might consider adding Hardwood, may engineered or even laminate flooring. We might consider adding tile to the bathroom or to the kitchen. Our goal here is create the extra sparkle to the home that will assist in the sale and also adding additional value.
