Thank you for taking the time to check out my profile. I currently work as a self employed Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor and have recently renamed and rebranded my business. Ideally I am looking to expand my opportunities and targets by branching out to work with corporate clients as part of their health and wellness programs. This can include development and implementation of health and wellbeing programs/initiatives, physical/postural assessments, seminars, healthy eating and living options, newsletters, retreats, training and more. We all know that happy and healthy workers are more productive in the workplace and that also includes department heads, CEO's and more. I'd also be willing to be engaged to providing these services interstate or internationally depending on your requirements.
