About Stephen Arnold

With over a decade of full-time teaching experience, I bring a deep passion for the game of golf and a commitment to helping players of all levels reach their potential. My own golf journey began as a collegiate athlete. After graduating from Villanova in 2007, I competed professionally until 2011, gaining valuable insights that continue to shape my approach to instruction today. My coaching journey began in 2012 at The Founders Club in Sarasota, followed by the development of the Florida Golf Performance Center at Suncoast Golf Course. Seven years ago, I accepted the role of Teaching Professional at Longboat Key Club, where I continue to teach during the winter season. In 2024, I expanded my professional reach by becoming Director of Instruction at Red Sky Golf Club in Colorado, spending summers in the Rockies and winters on the Gulf Coast. I believe in combining traditional coaching with cutting-edge tools to create an elite learning experience. I’m Level 2 certified in TrackMan, SAM PuttLab, K-Motion 3D, and V1 Balance Board technology, allowing me to deliver data-driven feedback and performance-focused training. My TPI Level 2 certification further enables a holistic approach—addressing biomechanics, physical fitness, swing mechanics, and mental performance. While I enjoy working one-on-one with students, my true specialty lies in group programming. I’ve seen firsthand how shared energy and support in a group setting can spark transformative progress. Golf is more than just a sport to me—it’s a lifelong pursuit of growth. Whether you're stepping onto the course for the first time or refining your skills at a high level, I’m here to help you play your best, with confidence and consistency.
