About Stephen Azaloff

With over 20 years of progressive corporate finance experience, including 10 years in CFO roles, I currently lead the financial, IT and Human Resource functions at PrecisonX Group, a top high reliability, precision metal components manufacturer, serving the Aerospace, Defense, Electric Vehicles, Satellite, Semiconductor, and other high-growth industries. Throughout my career, I've served as a CFO in both private equity-backed organizations and family-owned businesses. I've also led financial functions in organizations with revenues ranging from $25 million to $4 billion across various manufacturing industries. My expertise extends to operations, as I've held positions as a COO and possess multiple Lean Six Sigma certifications. My focus lies in fostering high-performing teams and forging business partnerships across non-financial functions within the organization. I value professional and personal development for both my teammates and myself. Recently, I completed the Mergers & Acquisitions Executive education program at the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton. On a personal level, my passion for travel has led me to live in multiple countries, contributing to my diverse cultural background and multi-lingual skills.
