Stephen U. Baer is both a former AFPD and AUSA. Currently focusing in Immigration Deportation/Removability Hearings, Family and Humanitarian Visas, Employment Related Visas and Green Card applications. In addition to my trial work (which includes experience in white collar, drug offenses and violent crimes), I am often retained by other attorneys to assist with cases that have significant twists that require a lot of research. In particular, I've handled a full range of cases from challenging the constitutionality of the Hobbs Act to issues in immigration that involve complex statutory construction questions.
