Throughout my career, I’ve acquired and honed outstanding skills in troubleshooting, risk management, vendor relations, end-user support, data analysis, and document control. Further, I maintain a proven track record of delivering innovative technical solutions on time and under budget while exceeding stringent expectations. I would really like to get into the world of Cyber Security. I'm currently studying for Cysa+ and taking the test at the end of the month. I’ve earned respect as a knowledgeable, detail-oriented leader and collaborator who guides team members in successfully realizing company objectives through a people-focused approach. As an out-of-the-box thinker, I remain committed to making continuous improvements in planning, process, communication, and quality assurance to enable scalable, long-term growth. In addition to my professional experience, I have exemplary educational qualifications, including a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems from the University of South Florida, combined with multiple industry-related certifications.
