At Knightsbridge my focus is on interim solutions, which requires me to understand a company’s needs and deliver shortlists within 5 days. The large database of talent at LHH Knightsbridge alongside the networks of our associates’ ensures we can find the best Executive talent for our clients. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated my ability to partner with my clients, to understand their culture, the challenges facing their business and provide innovative recruitment solutions. I pride myself on my strong networks and being able to attract exceptional talent to my clients. I have spoken within the universities and MBA schools about all aspects of career management including 'personal branding'​ and 'how to shape your own career'. On the personal side, I have two children and a love for the outdoors. I am an avid cyclist and triathlete and have completed the ‘tough mudder’.
