About Stephen Besley

Having spent a lifetime in the architectural ironmongery industry, my goal has always been ‘’to provide a solution to the satisfaction of all concerned’’. So my role predominately is to visit the interior designer or architect and follow this through with the site to ensure there is the necessary liaison between what the client wants to see, the designer or architect has drawn and how it will work with the doors and it is correct for the actual site conditions. Often this may mean attending a meeting to set up a new key suite or the integration of access control. Importantly these days’ budgets for projects are monitored by quantity surveyors and cost consultants so our proposal needs to ensure they are satisfied as well! This service is backed up with my colleagues providing the necessary scheduling service setting out each item for the doors in question.
