About Stephen Bewick

I am a proven operations manager and consultant in the electrical, lighting and energy efficiency industries. This experiance is derived from working on and with State, Local and Federal governments, prisons, retail, commercial, and industrial projects. As well as with numerous clients including contractors and manufacturers as a consultant. Most recently, my experience in electrical construction, quality assurance, and control was utilized on several large data center projects throughout the U.S. Upon my arrival, the client was consistently seeing more than 240 written construction and quality-based issues per construction phase. Some sites were also suffering from budget overages and scheduling overruns. Upon completion of my contract, the average written issues numbered around 20 per phase. Despite many site related hurdles, not one project exceeded budget or failed to be completed within the allotted time frame. My years of experience and diverse background contribute to my ability to see and address many issues before they have a chance to negatively impact a project or organization. While I am an individual that certainly believes in and adheres to proper policy, processes, and procedures. My experience and creativity grants me the ability to come up with original ideas and improve upon the same.
