About Stephen Bilancia

How does it work? That question has driven me since I was a kid. I was the one always disassembling everything from toys to small appliances just to understand how they worked—then putting them back together, confident I had learned something new. This natural curiosity led me to pursue a degree in Mechanical Engineering, where I could deepen my understanding of mechanical systems and how they function. My career took a pivotal turn when my manager asked me to help build an office computer. That hands-on experience sparked a new passion for understanding and building IT systems. From PCs and notebooks to servers, I immersed myself, expanding my knowledge through every resource I could find. That passion led me to a role as a Network Administrator, where I’ve been able to apply and expand my skills every day. Whether I’m troubleshooting a stubborn connectivity issue or developing a cost-effective solution, I’m driven by a simple motto: If my users can’t do their job, I haven’t done mine. I see every problem as an opportunity to learn and improve. My users are my customers, and ensuring their systems run smoothly is how I measure success.Specialties: Team leadership, strategic planning, time management, strong communication skills, ability to work well under pressure, troubleshooting, network administration, firewall administration, Microsoft Power BI reporting, Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
