What does it take to lead? As a former collegiate student athlete and the son of a coach, it has been ingrained in me that hard work, dedication, loyalty, teamwork, and character are qualities needed to succeed. I also firmly believe that one's success should not be measured by the accolades they receive but rather by the risks, challenges, and obstacles they have overcome. My motto—there is no "I" in “Team”…no one does it alone.
