About Stephen Brewer

I am a hardworking, proactive, reliable and dependent individual with a good work ethic. I work well either on my own or within a team and always look to learn new skills and develop my knowledge wherever possible. I enjoy group discussions where the aim is to come up with process improvements to help optimise efficiency and productivity. I am comfortable juggling multiple tasks or an increased workload whilst still being able to prioritise things in order to meet deadlines. I always look to go above and beyond what is required of me whether that be within the team that I am working in or for the customer I am liaising with. I like to take responsibility for situations around me if I can and support colleagues/customers in any way possible. Through previous employment I have developed strong customer service and communication skills using multiple platforms (telephone, email and face-to-face contact) and through my current employment I have developed knowledge of the Group Insurance industry in particular Group Life Assurance and Critical Illness insurance. However, I am always thrive on a challenge and would be willing to try something new in a field I have not been involved in before.
