With 25 years focused on Information Technology Services with specialization in IT infrastructure support and consumer transaction technology environments, I have held senior roles with leading OEM and third party managed service providers. I have negotiated enterprise technology support agreements that have generated over $150M in revenues, led a team of retail and financial services solution architects for a multi-billion-dollar OEM and held strategic services industry marketing roles for leading OEM and third-party IT service providers. I bring a unique solutions perspective that combines extensive experience working with large enterprise organizations in developing IT technology services solutions with extensive knowledge of service delivery operations and IT managed services systems and processes. As VP of Enterprise Services at Tekumo, I am transforming the way enterprise organizations and service providers engage the third-party external technician workforce.
