As someone who has always been passionate about IT, I'm thrilled to be pursuing a career in the industry, with a specific focus on Cyber Security. I am currently enrolled in the Ethical Hacking BSc (Hons) Degree program at Abertay University, where I am gaining the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in this field. Over the years, I have worked in various sectors, each of which has equipped me with a diverse range of skills and experiences that I can apply to any job. During my time in the British Army as a Postal and Courier Operator, I was responsible for handling top-secret materials and cryptographic information, a role that required me to take my responsibilities very seriously. Today, I work as a Cyber-Exercising Coordinator at the Cyber and Fraud Centre, where I facilitate cyber simulation training through Exercise in a Box and provide professional services to clients, including executive-level and middle management. My ultimate goal is to help organisations stay ahead of cyber threats and safeguard their sensitive data, ensuring that they can operate with confidence in today's digital landscape.
