I have over 40 years’ construction experience, encompassing numerous high-profile and prestigious projects in all sectors of the industry, predominantly in central London. I am a Fellow of the Institution of Chartered Surveyors. I am currently a Managing Quantity Surveyor at Ardmore Construction Ltd on the Cambridge House Hotel project. Previously, I have worked at Multiplex for 18 years, where I joined in I joined the pre-construction team on the Wembley Stadium project. I went on to complete 199 Knightsbridge, a six-star luxury residential development, before progressing to the role of Commercial Director and then Project Director. As Project Director, I led Multiplex’s delivery of the University of Reading’s student accommodation project and then the redevelopment of Centre Point. I worked on Multiplex’s One Nine Elms project, one of the largest developments in London. I had commercial responsibility for a portfolio of major projects, leading five individual commercial teams. I moved to join St James in 2019 where I was Commercial Director redeveloping The Fulham Gasworks.
