completed a pre apprenticeship in carpentry and joinery Midland tech. Started working as apprentice for Obrien Brothers Builders. specialising in remote area housing using panel system construction and timber and steel frame. Traditional apprenticeship starting from clearing site, earthworks farmworkers and concrete. progression through building of walls roof frame and roof coverings. All Internal fix out cupboards doors skirting etc. assist other trades plumber plasterer and painter. Returned to Perth and started subcontracting roof framing. Erected industrial and domestic sheds.Moved to large construction site schools. returned to subcontracting building one off kit homes, pole homes and upstairs additions. worked for several specialist companies doing upmarket homes and renovations. Went to work for commercial building and shop fitting walls and ceilings. shopping centres prisons to multi million dollar homes.Heritage renovations, rebuilding joinery and building reproduction kitchens.Supervised for a steel fabrication company site liaison with subbies. Moved into building maintenance on schools and associated buildings. Returning to housing industry in aftersales maintenance.2018 scaled work load down and started with maintenance company in Maylands. Then started with City of Bayswater 2019.
