About Stephen Cambor

Managing Director in Wealth Management Global Banking and Operations Technology. Stephen Cambor is a Managing Director in the Wealth Management Global Banking and Operations Technology team. He is responsible for the Lending Products and Services Technology platform supporting the securities based lending, tailored lending, and a variety of shared services supporting loan servicing and funds transfer pricing, loan sub-accounting, document management and data analytics. Mr. Cambor has enjoyed a 35 year career in technology at several world-class firms. He joined Morgan Stanley in 2005 as an Executive Director in Wealth Management Technology and has held a number of technology leadership positions during his 17 year career with the Firm. His responsibilities have included all of the Private Banking Group products, including securities based lending, sweep deposits, mortgages, debit and credit cards, checks and ACH; as well as credit, market, liquidity and operational risk; payment fraud detection; data warehouse and data governance. Mr. Cambor also led several initiatives for Wealth Management Technology in the Capital Markets and Advisory businesses. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley. Mr. Cambor held technology leadership positions at Merrill Lynch, and before that at J.P. Morgan, both in Institutional Equities. He began his career as a consultant in information technology at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), integrating systems for clients in a wide variety of industries.
