I started in pest control in 1986 with Bug Police Pest Elimination. We specialized in eliminating any pest nesting in our customers facility every service. Expert in using a ULV Machine to inject a fog into every crack and crevice to flush out any pests hiding behind walls and in equipment. Went from a technician to a clean-out superviser in charge of a 4 man crew. Our crew was the first in to a new account to clean it up so there would be a " zero count " of pests when our route technician took over for maintenance service. Participated in sales as well. Bug Police was bought out by Orkin pest control in 1996. Continued as a clean out superviser/technician/sales for Orkin. I was promoted to Sevice Manager within 2 years. Continued as such for 10 years. Returned to being a route technician in 2008 until retirement. During that time, I was assigned to be the certified trainer for my Orkin Branch. I would be responsible for the training of new hires in all aspects of pest control. In June of 2014, I started my own company 2016 but had to sell it. I Have remained part time at Bug Boss Pest Control as the qualifying manager.
