With nearly a decade of experience in data analytics, finance, ETL, automation, forecasting, dashboard building and reporting, specifically focused on P&L, Balance Sheet, credit, and supply chain data, I am passionate about finding underlying trends, problems, and business solutions, through data analysis and then building presentations or reports where that data tells a story. I love teaching and mentoring junior team members and always look at potential automation or process improvements to streamline awkward or time-consuming tasks. I'm very interested in stepping back into an individual contributor role for a company that values their employees and understands that the correct culture and work life balance is instrumental in a company's success. I believe that happy employees are efficient, motivated, and driven to grow themselves and that starts with the message leadership communicates.
