As a Branch Manager - Operations at Penske Truck Leasing, I oversee the daily operations and sales of a branch that serves hundreds of customers in the transportation industry. I am responsible for managing the budget, inventory, fleet, staff, and customer satisfaction of the branch, as well as ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. I have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Finance from Muhlenberg College, where I also played lacrosse for four years and was a team captain for two years. I have been working at Penske since 2020, starting as a Management Trainee and then advancing to roles as an Operations Coordinator and Branch Financial Manager before becoming a Branch Manager. I have received multiple awards for my performance, including the Cleveland District Operations Idol Award in 2020 and the Cleveland District Spirit of Penske Award in 2021. My core competencies include communication, operations management, and organization skills. I am passionate about training, developing, and motivating leaders, as well as connecting bright and motivated individuals to Penske. I am always looking to learn new skills and improve my existing ones, as well as to contribute to the growth and success of Penske and its customers.
