As Head of Risk, Compliance, and Internal Audit at QuadReal, I design and execute innovative programs that strengthen governance and align risk management with strategic goals. By building high-performing teams and fostering trusted partnerships with boards and senior leaders, I turn challenges into opportunities for professional growth. Previously, at KPMG’s Risk Consulting team in Hong Kong, I delivered impactful solutions in governance, compliance, and IPO due diligence across global markets. Earlier in my career, starting as a Big 4 auditor, I gained invaluable experience auditing listed companies and capital market transactions. Beyond my professional role, I am committed to community service. I serve as a board member and Chair of the Finance Committee for Brockton School and Parkgate Society, supporting education and community development. I also mentor young professionals through Ascend Canada, fostering the next generation of Pan-Asian business leaders in North America.
