About Stephen Conlon

Through my 20 years of Naval service, serving in the world's most elite bomb disposal unit, I have learned how to lead high functioning teams through high stress environments. I have also personally operated in and trained others to operate in some of the most dangerous and unforgiving environments around the world in a job where failure is not an option. My leadership style has grown over the years through my successes and failures alike. I have learned to adapt my leadership style to meet individual needs in order to promote personal growth and development, turning individuals into leaders. In addition to leading people and teams, I was also responsible for developing training plans, budget management ($350K), logistical movements, and inventory management (in excess of$50M). In my free time I enjoy playing golf, camping, triathlons, and any pick-up game I can find (regardless of the sport).
