About Stephen Crane

As a Production Support Engineer at R1 RCM, I provide high-quality customer service and technical support for EntriPay (formerly VisitPay), a cloud-based platform that simplifies the patient financial experience for health systems. I troubleshoot and resolve issues, monitor and optimize performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention by utilizing multiple technologies including SQL. I have a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree and a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship from Grand Canyon University, where I gained valuable skills in business administration, management, and innovation. I have experience working with Azure Databricks, Datadog, and Microsoft SQL Server. I am passionate about using technology to improve healthcare outcomes and accessibility, and I am motivated by the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others. Some hobbies I enjoy are running, pickleball, tennis, and basketball. I am currently training for a 67-mile trail race that I will run in the summer of 2024. I also love going for walks with my wife and our two sheepadoodles along the Boise River Greenbelt.
