I am a highly knowledgeable non-executive director, CEO and Consultant with over a decade of board experience and over three decades leading change, transformation and developing strategy to create thriving organisations. I possess a unique understanding of regulatory change and governance issues effecting boards. Throughout my career I have sat on numerous advisory committees with the Royal Horticultural Society, and Local Enterprise Partnerships in Northamptonshire and South East Midlands as well as being a national charity trustee for over 12 years and a governor/trustee of a 14-19 Academy Trust. My wealth of experience informs an objectivity in the boardroom and an ability to dissect and simplify key challenges in order to guide logical decision making. I have deep understanding of the public sector, and a specialist knowledge of further and higher education and educational training sector, with a proven capacity to drive major quality improvements and steer organisations through challenging times.
