I specialise in scaling operations, building high-performing teams, and aligning delivery with business strategy. From growing delivery capability at on a major framework from 30 to 600+ FTE, to securing multi-million-pound frameworks with the water and life sciences industries. I thrive at the intersection of operational excellence and client value. My background spans P&L ownership, organisational change, and executive-level governance. I’ve led multidisciplinary teams, developed integrated delivery strategies, and reported into both internal and client-side boards to drive continuous improvement, ensure compliance, and support long-term growth. Key achievements include: Leading a £400m+ portfolio under a £750m multi year framework.
