About Stephen Deibert

Having worked a decade in the corporate security, I have fulfilled various rolls with an emphasis on strong customer/client relations, incident response, training, and administrative duties. Although security was never my initial endeavor as a psychology major, my time spent in the field has been both fascinating and insightful and I have gained much knowledge along the way. I aim to reach greater heights as this is a profession I enjoy and want to be a part of for the long run. I am always willing to deviate from my comfort zone to take on new challenges and strengthen my skill set. Often undervalued traits in the working world at large, I've learned that empathy, kindness, perseverance, and integrity are some helpful keys to success. Emotional intelligence is key and with hard work and ambition, the sky's the limit. Never stop learning. Never stop exploring.
