I am a broadly experienced, out of the box thinker and creative problem solver with a background in software development, database design and systems engineering. Selected Accomplishments:* Designed an innovative method to programmatically generate asset specifications by pulling data from Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) products in an organized fashion saving time and manpower * Single handedly redesigned failing Informix database schema that threatened to destroy the Comverse Pre-Paid Cellular system. After redesign, system was deployed at over 70 sites in Europe and southern Africa.* Earned Key Contributor award * Appointed chairperson of the Architecture Review Team (ART), a customer contractor join quality and standards review team * Appointed deputy of Architecture Integrated Product Team (IPT) lead, a multidisciplinary group of people who are collectively responsible for delivering a defined product or process * Served as Cost Account Manager (CAM) using Earned Value Management System (EVMS) to report project status * Appointed member of ENWGS Design Review Board * Uncovered a shortcoming in Configuration Management (CM) process and established CM procedures and policies while managing the CM staff.* Consistently attained “Very Good” and “Excellent” ratings on yearly performance appraisals.* Earned 7 Kudos award for fellow associates * Designed and implemented Distributed Interactive Simulation (DIS) interface for the Enhanced Naval War Gaming System (ENWGS) which allowed ENWGS to interact with other heterogeneous simulations.* Designed DIS interface; presented design to users committee including naval users, civilian administers, a Navy Admiral and his staff.* Received a Commendation from Ray Tomlinson Vice President CSC * Developed and provided ENWGS training at CINCLANT, CINCPAC and US Naval War College
