Stephen P. Dremel is an expert in project management, quality control, project administration, scope & design review, value engineering, project estimating and reporting. He manages A/E consultants and multiple projects from inception to close out. Provides and establishes project schedules, interim milestone dates and completion dates; establishes priorities and ensures schedules are met. Enforces project commitments/schedules and ensures the requirements for the project are implemented. Negotiates tenant improvement costs for lease terms, new construction and expansion space. Performs market surveys & issues concise and accurate status reports. Enforces industries “good business practices” and the implementation of Design Standards. He provides guidance to other commissioned consultants and contractors. His clients include industry leaders, building owners, lessors, government agencies, real estate and management companies. Additional responsibilities include strategic planning, design development & construction quality management for new construction and renovation of residential, industrial and commercial structures. Performance of field surveys and inspections, meetings with owners, architects, engineers, designers, to review existing conditions, and documents site conditions. Mr. Dremel plays an active role in calculating cost estimates, negotiating sub-contractor bids, preparing plans and specifications for industrial and commercial alterations, additions, and new construction. He negotiates construction contracts with clients, architects, and subcontractors for best quality & best price. He coordinates trades, remediate’s discrepancies, and performs construction quality management throughout construction until completion.
