About Stephen Edmonds

After an enjoyable and varied career, including over 20 years experience in information account management, I have committed to a change in direction and completed my BSc in Health Science-Medical Imaging in July 2022. This has been an exciting and rewarding move, and I am really enjoying both the intellectual challenge but also the patient care and people contact. Prior to this I spent time with Equifax in finance and credit bureau insights; prior to that Nielsen in the FMCG and TV media sectors, and before that IMS in healthcare and pharma. I provided insight solutions to solve clients’ needs, aided by establishing long-term trust and relationships. My clients ranged from locally based entities to large multinationals. With Equifax I branched out into sales support to extend myself technically and learn new skills such as SalesForce, drawing upon that client coalface experience to better service internal and external clients. The experience prior to medical imaging has provided me with a breadth and depth of skills on which I have been able to draw upon in both the academic and clinical settings.
