About Stephen Elison

I have had a diverse legal career, most recently as Senior Counsel at ConocoPhillips, where I provide legal support for various corporate groups. I am a versatile lawyer and I believe that my unique background and skills enable me to support a broad range of industries and issues. Prior to ConocoPhillips, my career included years spent as a corporate generalist, as an international business lawyer (with an emphasis on Latin America) and as a structured finance lawyer. My experience in drafting and interpreting contracts across multiple industry sectors has given me the ability to quickly understand complex business transactions and to provide succinct, practical advice concerning them.
