About Stephen Eyring

I am an Associate Consultant with Appian, a software consulting firm focused on delivering robust, dynamic BPM solutions for clients. I specialize in Continual Process Improvement, Idealized Design, Blue Ocean Strategy, Systems Thinking, and Customer Driven Initiatives. With Appian, I work directly with clients to design and develop applications that provide significant ROI by leveraging existing frameworks, integrating with existing solutions while helping to tear down silos, increase transparency and foster culture. We utilize the Agile Development Ideology, executing and pushing Product Enhancements through SCRUM Sprints. A couple highlights from my prior experience include being selected as one of two students to represent the University of Maryland at LeaderShape, a week long national leadership seminar which brings together the top leaders from university campuses across the US. Additionally, I was selected to participate in the StartupBus in 2012. A 3 day, cross-country road trip on a coach bus with 30 fellow entrepreneurs with the goal of ideating and developing a company in 72 hours that was pitched in front of major investors at SXSW in Austin, TX.
