About Stephen F S Boyling

It’s difficult, sometimes, to sum up one's life and achievements into a soundbite or catch all phrase. For me I think the most appropriate and accurate descriptor would be Adaptability. It encapsulates my philosophy as to how I work and relate to the people I interact with. The enormous and varied range of my experiences has given me a lot of transferable skills that I use and exploit to further my success and achievements. I put my clients at the heart of everything I do. I’ve learnt that the best conversations start by listening and understanding what you’ve heard. Out of this arises long lasting and fruitful relationships based on confidence, certainty, reliability and trustworthiness. I am driven to succeed and motivate those around me to succeed as well. A vivid and active imagination, entrepreneurial spirit and fearlessness has lead to great success and achievement in my working life. The opportunities and challenges inherent in failure excite me as much as those leading from success. Whilst many people strive to make a difference I focus now on being the difference.
