Experienced Information Security Analyst Professional working as an individual maintaining compliance with ISO-27001:2013, whilst also implementing security best practices on company infrastructure, and maintaining compliance with GDPR & other key data protection laws. When I'm not working I like to study to improve my knowledge and keep current knowledge up to date. Recently completed studying for my Comptia Security+ with the aim of progressing my career within Information Security. I also have a passion for all things cyber-security related! When I'm not working or studying, I enjoy riding my motorbike and photography. My other passion is computer games, playing online with friends as part of a team to achieve objectives. Security Skills: ISO/IEC-27001 Documentation & Asset management, SIEM Solutions (Graylog & Splunk), Vulnerability scanning using NMAP, Nikto & Nessus, Basic Pentration testing - SQL Injection, XSS, Brute Force password attack, Malware Analysis. Infrastructure/Networking Skills: VPN Host to Site configuration & managing users on the VPN network, Switch configuration (CISCO & Juniper), Network routing principles (BGP/OSPF/RIP & RIP v2), strong working knowledge of TCP/IP, VLAN configuration, Packet tracing using Wireshark, Network troubleshooting using variety of tools. IT Administration skills: Active Directory, Microsoft Server (2003/2008/2012 & 2016), Linux Administration (Red Hat & Ubuntu), Exchange 2007/2010 administration.
