As an experienced administrator and program director with over 17 years in educational leadership, special education program management, and cross-functional team development, I have a proven track record of transforming systems and fostering equitable learning environments. I’ve led large teams through organizational change, implemented compliance-focused special education models, and developed behavior systems rooted in restorative practices and trauma-informed care. At both the campus and district levels, I’ve overseen policy alignment, driven data-informed decision-making, and mentored emerging leaders across diverse instructional settings.
