About Stephen Gleeson

I work with successful individuals and families, to achieve both their financial and family objectives. I assist them successfully transferring their family legacy to the next generation by defining the purpose of their wealth, defining their unique family vision and values, setting their family goals, defining their family strategy, establishing decision making structures and defining roles and responsibilities. I do this by being the independent family executive.I am responsible for delivering a personalised Family Office service offering incorporating Family Strategy, Intergenerational Planning, Family Governance and Education Services. I work closely with advisors across all disciplines, including tax, accounting and superannuation advisors, wealth management advisors, consultants, legal advisors, bankers and stockbrokers, to ensure my clients receive an integrated holistic view of their affairs.
