He is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certificant, a designation awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. Stephen grew up in Fauquier County, Virginia. He is a skilled horseman and an avid animal lover who has spent time working with both Habitat for Humanity and the Humane Foundation.
