Quality Assurance - Utilizing Quality Assurance tools I was able to consult with existing properties and provide them a road map on how to improve their property performance. Also provided on site training as needed in order to assist the property in order to raise Quality Assurance scores. We also would work the the Director of Operations and Support and Brand Leaders to raise levels of performance on site. Conversions - on the Conversions side of my employ, I was able to contribute to room growth in a few ways. I was able to go out and write a punchlist for conversion for non- Wyndham properties or for existing properties that may want to re-flag. I was one of two that reviewed punchlists from our field team before going to the Brand Leaders for review. We would analyze the reports and ensure all Brand Standards were entered into the punchlist. This position required team work spanning multiple departments such as Developement, Franchise Retention, Contract Administration, Property Openings and more. Customer Service - Customer service is a culmination of all of my years of working with the public. Using tools I have picked up along the way to try to make things right with guests/customers and retain/grow our customer base. Allow the customer to speak their peace, really liste, then respond letting them know that you are trying to make things right.
