About Stephen Hadwin

Manufacturing/Operations/Facility/Quality/Engineering/M&A Executive and Board member experience at a Global level in medical devices (Dental and Orthopedic implants), surgical instruments and radiographic cone beam x-ray scanners. In addition to 25+ years experience specific to medical devices and FDA quality systems, I have worked in the automotive, telecommunications, consumer products and defense industries since 1976. I Co-Patented and designed the IMTEC MDI (Mini Dental Implant) with Dr. Ron Bulard and Dr. Victor Sendax. My greatest accomplishment in life as it has helped over a million people and still counting - see "How to Place a 3M™ ESPE™ MDI Mini Dental Implant" YouTube video. I would like to offer my "college of hard knocks" experience to teach students about manufacturing Specialties: CNC machining/programming - Vertical and Horizontal Mills, Swiss-turn multi-axis lathes, Chucker lathes, Wire and Die-sinker EDM's, STL 3D Printing, and Waterjet machine tools. Lean Manufacturing, TQM, Green Belt Lean Six Sigma, Assembly, Automation, ISO systems, 3D SolidWorks Design Engineering and Regulatory compliance methodologies. I was an experienced Injection moldmaker for both plastics and aluminum products and a Journeyman Tool & Die Maker.
